Jeremy R. McCullough is an attorney licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the state of Utah. He attended Ricks College and Dixie College and graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctorate of Law from Willamette University in 2006. In law school Jeremy was an active member of the Moot Court Board and participated in the school’s legal aid program. Jeremy volunteers regularly at the Southern Utah Community Legal Center and has participated in creating free wills for emergency responders as part of the Wills for Heroes program.

It came as a surprise to Jeremy that he really enjoys practicing bankruptcy law. Jeremy found that he likes helping people receive the financial forgiveness that the powerful bankruptcy laws provide. For many of the past several years Jeremy has been the top filing bankruptcy attorney in southern Utah.

Jeremy also likes representing the “little guy” in civil litigation and personal injury cases. Jeremy enjoys the practice of law and the opportunity it provides to improve the lives of his clients. When he is not practicing law he enjoys spending time with his wife and energetic children.
